If you receive a referral from your eye doctor, we will contact you to schedule an appointment once we have that information. Otherwise, you can call our office at 262-510-0300 or request an appointment online. Our team will help find a time that works best for you.

- A list of your current medications
- All eye drops you are currently using (bring the actual bottles with you)
What to Expect at
Your First Visit
- Your eyes will be dilated, so we recommend bringing a driver
- We’ll review your medical and eye history
- Perform specialized testing and imaging on your retina
- You’ll meet with one of our retina specialist to discuss results and treatment options
- Specific treatments may be performed at your first visit or scheduled for a later date, depending on what you and your doctor decide is best
